Our trip home begins with spectacular scenes

Today we drove down to Utah, to the Flaming Gorge N. R. A., and then east to a Super 8 Motel in Craig, CO, which is where we are now. Flaming Gorge is incredible. It would be a fantastic place to spend a week or two camping in a National Forest Campground. But it was fun just being there and seeing the amazing scenery.
Scenes from today's trip. The bottom two shots are from the lounge of the Visitor's Center where you can stand right at the window and get a great picture, no risks. But the 2nd and 3rd, I was standing near the edge of a cliff, outside. Ellen held on to my belt, so that I could take the photos without fear of losing my balance. So that was sort of exciting. Hey - when you are 89 1/2 years old, you take your excitement where you can get it!
