Encouraging news

I did FaceTime with Betsey tonight and she had encouraging news. A recent MRI shows the tumor has not grown, existing cancer cells are still dying, and the cyst which contains dead cells is the likely culprit that is causing pressure on her motor strip resulting in weakness in her left hand and foot. So they are going to drain the cyst. That will happen in April while we're there. They are hopeful that will help her regain some function. Last night she started her new round of chemo. So far so good! The standard protocol is working ! We are deeply grateful for this encouraging news.
